Creative Mornings

In 2008, Tina Roth Eisenberg (Swissmiss) started CreativeMornings out of a desire for an ongoing, accessible event for New York’s creative community. The concept was simple: breakfast and a short talk one Friday morning a month. Every event would be free of charge and open to anyone.
So A) If you don’t follow SwissMiss…it’s time. B) SLC has a CreativeMornings chapter and whether you’re looking for some inspo, some friends, or free food…CreativeMornings is where it’s at. These speakers not only come from all over, but they also celebrate the talent within SLC, talk about connections. Ammiright? Design legends to hometown heroes come from all over to talk over breakfast and it’s an event you don’t wanna miss. Check out CreativeMornings to see who is coming to SLC next.
Anyone can attend. Just register beforehand to reserve your spot. And if you need a little help convincing your boss/momma/lady friend/man friend to let you attend, they’ve got you covered.
Below you can check out their most recent speaker, Elpitha Tsoutsounakis, from letterpress studio, Print In Cursive.
Elpitha explores what we actually define as “work”– and why we define it that way.
