Our Own Valedictorian

Olivia Godfrey is not only the kindest human you will ever meet, but a killer designer as well. She is graduating in the BFA program this spring with minors in both business and marketing. Not only did she accomplish a lot with her studies but has devoted much of her time to serving USU as well.

Some of Olivia’s favorite experiences at Utah State include studying abroad in Switzerland and volunteering with the Student Alumni Association, where she met her husband, TJ. If that wasn’t enough she was also involved with the USUSA Public Relations & Marketing

office as a graphic designer, participating on Arts Council, and taking part in the USU Percussion Ensemble.

Being a talented drummer, designer, student, and human; Olivia was well deserving of the Dept. of Art + Design’s Outstanding Senior award. This is award is given to three students of the Department each year.

Through her accomplishments, Olivia will represent USU Design as this year’s Caine College of the Arts’s Valedictorian. She will be speaking during the CCA Commencement Ceremony.
